The Creative Vision
Worked closely with Chad Farmer, Executive Creative Director, to help create the vision for Restaurant 1683. An immersive culinary experience set deep in the heart of the Black Forest with sounds of nature, lighting effects, foliage, trees, mist, waterfalls. Once the vision was created and rendered, we worked directly with the Gaggenau architectural team, along with fashion set designer, Stefan Beckman, to bring this vision to life. Stefan was able to complete this project before returning to Paris for Fashion Week.
The Sensorial Experience
From cocktail hour, a mirrored waterfall entrance welcomed guests into the Black Forest experience. We worked with set designer Stefan Beckman to create the fully immersive experience.
